Thank you for shopping with Intuitive Adornment. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items — please read the guidelines below.
✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. This 30-day window is standard among many jewelry and online retailers.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition — this includes original packaging, tags, jewelry boxes or pouches, and any paperwork or receipts.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to process all returns or exchanges.
💡 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
• Custom, personalized, engraved, or resized jewelry (e.g., name-engraved pieces, altered rings)
- Items that have been altered or damaged
🔄 Refund, Exchange, or Credit Options
• For eligible returns, customers may choose between a full refund to the original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.
- Refunds or credits will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.
📦 How to Return an Item
Email us at info@intuitiveadornment.com with your order number, name, and which items you would like to return or exchange.
- Once approved, please package the item securely in its original packaging (box/pouch).
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method — we recommend purchasing insurance for higher-value pieces for your protection.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 3–5 business days.
⚠️ Additional Notes
• If the returned item is not in its original, sellable condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.
- We do not cover return shipping costs (unless otherwise communicated or during special promotions).
- All sales of custom or personalized jewelry are final at the time of purchase.
- For items lost or damaged in transit back to us — especially higher-value pieces — we strongly advise using insured shipping with tracking.
